I’m very much interested to start-up a housing project, as i’m new to this, i want to start with very small pilot project first
So anyone can recommend or suggest, if what i’m thinking is either do able or not
Well right now i am looking for a society or a land (not under any society) in lahore who allow to build multiple tiny houses on a single plot
For example
Like on 6 marla plot, can i built 2 tiny, 3 marla house side by side like picture in this link below

Or on 1 kanal plot, can i built 4 tiny houses of 5 marla, or 6 tiny houses of 3 marla
Do remember i’m talking about 1 plot and separate houses
Your suggestion and recommendation will be much appreciated

Open land (litigation free) is all about the construction that you have mentioned.
However, multiples houses on same plot (adjacent piece of land) requires some vacant space for ventilation/passage etc. So 1 Kanal many not precisely translate into 4 x 5 Marla houses.
This is how plotting has been done on open acquired land, i.e., big piece divided into smaller chunks!
