I am a us passport holder having expired Pakistan passport and NIC, but no NICOP Card. Can I buy/own property in DHA Lahore, and what is the process?
My advice is get NICOP made. With that you cam easily buy property in Pakistan. Talk to Palistani consulate,embassy officials for requirements.

Mrs Nabi I am US citizen too the best opption you have is NICOP go to the Pakista embassy web site read the instructions and apply for it if you fill the form correctly the NICOP will be delivered at your home in US or if you are in Pakistan you get it in thirty days from Nadira office you don't need a valid Pak passport or ID card but you must have valid US passport. Get the NICOP that's the best you will need it for every thing don't apply for Pakistan origin card as it is not sa good as NICOP because with NICOP you will be considered a dual citizen of US and Pak the origin card is for people who give up their Pakistani citizenship.Get NICOP for your whole family for visa free entery to Pakistan.
