Please share your valuable thoughts on capital smart city islamabad for investment prospective, i have tried looking for some information but it seems every thing is not very transparent.
Is it good investment for someone who can hold 3 to 4 years?

You can find many smart cities around new airport.TC is also smart city according to management.
Just try to fool innocent people.

Nadeem bhai current scenario is totally changed, people are investing in capital smart city blindly in good faith, according to their calculations they will get handsome profits on their investments in short period of time. Watching all on ground aspects/market trends I think maybe they are right.
