Please guide if a plot can be transferred in cda on urgent basis, say one or two days?
Is it possible to get ndc/noc same day?

Not in one or two days.
The least time it takes is i guess one to two weeks if you can bribe CDA officials.
Normal time is One to three months.
Try to speak with a real estate agent who deals with CDA sectors. These guys generally have connections in CDA. But be prepared to bribe.
Dear Ali, as per my knowledge, transfer is possible on same day subject to an additional urgent transfer fee of 10000 PKR. To pursue it, one must be in CDA office before 10:00 am and by 12:00 pm the case is forwarded for issuance of transer letter on the same day or in worst case the next day.
In case there is any recent change to this, than I am unaware of that.
