I'm considering a purchase of 5 marla plot in citi housing ph 3 (wafi) in Gujranwala.
The plot is on a belt which was previously commercial and has main roads front and back. Now the society management has converted it into residential plots.
The quoted price is around 17 lac. Kindly share your view, is it a good buy?
Also appreciate your comments & feedback about the anticipated future of Citi Housing Society as compared to other available options in Gujranwala.

citi housing is good place to invest if u r going to build a house there. For investment purpose it is bit slower than others societies in Gujranwala.
