I'm new to property buying and selling, i've never sold any property ever. I would highly appreciate if someone could help me with the procedure by writing down the steps i need to take. I'm planning to shift from karachi to lahore, so i need to sell the house in karachi and buy one in lahore.

its not as easy as you are asking. It is a technical long process you need to involve some dealer in it and after few deals you wil get the practical experience of it.
