As you guys may aware that i am looking for an investment option under 3.2 million budget. So i just came to know that a shop is being sold in d-12 markaz. Its a lower ground floor but its not so hidden. Price is around 3 million. So what do you guys suggest for that?

In F-11 Markaz, a basement shop costs minimum 50-55 lacs, rental potential between 22 to 25,000 per month. D-12 whatever issues it is attached to, is better than F-11 from price and location aspect.
Just make sure, transfer ought to be done in CDA office in front of cameras with original owner present not on the power of attorney.
