Development in sector d-12, islamabad

Salam friends, i have been visiting sector d12 islamabad for last 7 years or so and still wondering about development in this sector specially in d12/3. I want by a residential plot of size 5090 or 6090 in this sector at good location but still confused cos of the progress on development there and very limited houses are built there.

Kindly advise if i should buy a plot in e-11, d-12 or f-11 with budget of around 5 crore

Irfan, it seems you are new to Islamabad, otherwise you would have known how ugly-looking and sparsely populated CDA sectors with broken roads and no commercials, transforms into posh areas.

D-12 has seen its incubation time, and like a larva, it is ready to become butterfly. Plot prices have already shot up, so getting a good deal would be a challenge, Its proximity to Margala hills gives it another class.

F-11 is fully blossomed and now begin to loose its luster.

E-11 is a mixed-bag. If you can get a plot in E-11/1 or E-11/3 (MPCHS), then good, other societies are 'just okay'.
