DHA never fails to deliver, regardless of what some may claim regarding DHA City/EME Phase 2.
I wish to gain insight into whether investing in 5-Marla plot files would be more beneficial in DHA City or DHA Phase 9.
The time frame under consideration is 10-15 years and bear in mind that 2 5-Marla plot files in DHA City are roughly equal to 1 5-Marla plot file in DHA Phase 9.
Still I think DHA Phase 9 will be a better option
Consider the owner building a house and renting it out after 10/15 years. But not selling the plot.

Invest in Phase 9 it is bound to catch up prices of Shahuda Town which is 45 lac as of now. Phase 9 files cost only 19.10 lac as of today.
