Friends,
I have around 6-7million rupees and need to buy 1 kanal plot in islamabad.
My main preferences are:-
1- dha 2 extension (since dha 5 is not possible in this range per my info)
2- dha 4
3- naval anchorage.
As of now, plan is to invest for 6/7 years returns.
Please advise with justifications so that all my questions are pre-addressed ???

Come to zone 2 for investment, you will get a pair of kanal plot in ur bujdet in any good society like d-18 echs, e-19 ministry of commerce etc etc.
Shahzad sb naval anchorage is the better option from above mentioned but the good plot is surely out of your budget.I would recommend you to go for 10 marla in phase 5 P block and InshaAllah returns would be very handsome for the time period you have mentioned.

How about DHA 4? Or do you recommend some other place in zone 5 of size one kanal in same budget?
DHA4 seems to be higher on cost side by lower in location side. It’s so deep after dha1 and then there is lot of filling
Location wise, DHA4 is very deep down in SWAN river and lot of filling is done in that area.

Any other recommendations or inputs on DHA4? Otherwise, can someone suggest me one kanal plot anywhere in ZOne-5 which can give good return with a possibility of living too?
Naval looks to me a good option.
