Multan and Gujranwala are both good as at reasonably advanced stage but I feel that Multan will be their show case project for South Punjab. I would bet on DHA Multan. Rest Allah Subhaana WA Taala knows best.

Yes Multan or Gujranwala. What about DHA Peshawer? Already the price is Rs 6 million for one kanal file. Very expensive! But does it include development charge?
