DSA bhai how many kanals of undeveloped land will you give to DHA for one kanal of developed land you will get from DHA?
By the way these things should be done with secrecy. You have revealed the names of all the mauza, now other people can buy there from poor villagers or unaware landlords who don't know details of DHA project. Then they can demand very high price from you and DHA!
I know all details of land acquired by DHA for phase 8 through Sahir associates of khyaban-Ameen. It was done very very secretly!

@Badmint... If some one can buy land from existing owners and can get files in replace of that land.
@PK1...No more secret and DHA has issued NOC to few of their investor who can only do this and one of our associate is one of them....
1 Acre = 1.70 kanal files or may be in few days 1.50 files
If some one need cash they can get 25% advance and remaining within 1 month process. Price of land can be finalized according to location and Mouza......
Saahir Associates looted ppls as well as DHA but just leave it behind and go ahead...

When they are launching the project?
These mouzas are near to which famous
place of Multan.Is it near Wapda Down.
The talk is there since feb 12. N it has created a frenzy in the city. Its a goose chase at the moment. In their minds they have alloted matti tal to qadir pur as possible location. Some claim it near askari bypass n some on multan public road. But if thats the case then it will be bigger than dha city karachi which cannot happen..
I think those who really knew r done with the deals already... But who knows some of the above mentioned areas get lucky :)
But yeah its on the cards n hopefully will soon be launched after land acquisition is done
I think theres a staff of 3 in some small office in cantt, already workin on land acquisition. Really hoping it comes alive soon.

DSA if you already have any file from any acres you or anyone else may have provided to DHA, are you selling these files?
Pk1 no idea mate. The progress so far has been very slow.
And it could be the case that they offer to army officers only in the beginning.
It will be a very good investment! No current project in Multan can match DHA standards, and the cotton-rich landlords will ensure its success big time even if it is far from the city! DHA will definitely have to open it to public to encash the trend.
Buch villas and Wapda town also beautiful schemes in Multan and if Dha ll come there.It ll b a strong competition between them.
@Faisal ... Wapda colony is good but it has overhead electricity cabling.
DHA is a different ball game; it will attract the landed class of Multan and surrounding areas. This class runs after prestige at any cost! Unlike Lahore, even the cars that these people buy are land cruisers, prados and fortuners.
For them, wapda colony is very good but still middle class living...
Defence is something else.
And wat abt buch villas
They are very good but again DHA will be totally different. It will come with many big markets, Cineplex, zones etc. Nothing like this before in Multan.
Frankly I think if DHA launches first, it means Malik Riaz has missed the boat unless he can do something better.
It is also rumor that Bahria is coming near Sher Shah Multan.But not yet confirmed.
BT is held in Karachi and as per my idea their decline has started as Karachi ppls didt accept it as in Isb/Lhr....The forms they sell at Rs.100,000 is now online available and no one even has much interests.
So be careful to invest because MR never sped a single penny on his schemes and generate funds from ppls..
For DHA you cannot compare it any other societies...
We are still in process to acquire land to DHA and once they get min 50% land they will start further development works.
Original Land owner has files and if you want to purchase files it can be possible....
