Dha or bahria town or bahria enclave for investment and family living? Which one is better. How to choose
Its Simple if proximity to Islamabad and daily commute are a must then Enclave is the best option as it is closest. If proximity to ISD is not an issue then Bahria and DHA both will do fine though DHA is more expensive in comparison. Facilities in all 3 are very good.For investment however would not recommend enclave right now but for living all 3 will do
Bahria enclave comes under islamabad territory and their LOP ( laoyout plan ) has approved by cda i guess, so its good for investment too.
