I'm an overseas pakistani and planning to buy a kanal plot in dha peshawar. At this stage i want to buy the plot for investment purpose but depending on circumstances i might construct a house on it for living purpose as well down the track.
Will you guys recommend is it worth investing in dha peshawar and also have they started any development work and what is progress. Any expected time frame for completion.
