Please share your opinion on investing in dha vii-ext karachi; is it worth any more as prices are already at their peak.

Prices are already very high. Prices may increase in future but in steady way since new development activities are also taking place in karachi real estate on BIG SCALE .. Such as dha city karachi or bahria town karachi.. Which can give way more return on investment.
These are my personal thoughts. Rest Allah knows better.
The Near Future of Karachi is Very Bright and Phase VII and its Extension is becoming one of the most expensive phases of DHA if you are planning to invest in Ph VII Ext this is the best and the most appropriate time.
