What are the duties of state agent? Is it is his duty to tell the customer pros & cons of the property or his rule is only find a customer?
Kamran i think so dealer should be very clear with the client and this will help him also for improving his client circle. Dealer should clearly tell advantages and disadvantages. He is also responsible of documents and verifications. he is also responsible for the transfer and things mentioned in agreement. There are many duties of dealers but alas now a days these kinds of dealers are very rare.
