Hmmm… Without any hesitation!!! How come? Does any one know when Bahria will give possession of Bahria enclave??? No one knows! Not even Malik Riaz! So why should any one block their money for year without knowing when it will complete???
Bahria is good, however it does have many negatives as well.
1) Its locations tend to be not so good as it buys cheap land in the middle of nowhere. 2) Possession is delayed 3) Extra development charges are demanded
