Emaar Panorama Sea View Apartments still available?

On November 15, Emaar Panorama released limited number of 1 & 2- bedroom sea-view apartments. I saw the press release and want to know if there are still units available? The units are priced starting at PKR 36.1 million in Emaar Panorama DHA Phase 8 Karachi and that’s no joke? Are the returns worth the investments?

EMAAR Panorama is the good option for investment. In my opinion invest in this project if you have multiple source of income because maintenance cost of luxury property is too high. Demand of these projects are high incase of rental and resale.
