    You are absolutely correct. Forum is a an excellent platform provided by Zameen.com to express our right feelings. The message is to Bahria Management that must initiate the projects in the right way rather than collecting money without providing any maps. Unfortunately, our experienced property Advisers/Dealers must not accept the bulk offers without seeing the Map of Enclave 2, Total Value and Down Payment of Plots as well as the percentage of plots on providing 100 Million+ Rupees to Bahria. I am sure that His Excellency Malik Riaz Saheb and his Team will review the situation and their future reputation and resolve the uncertainty in Bahria Enclave and Bahria Town.

      I still dont understand the statement of many experts here "people with strong heart will survive" .. Kia matlab hamary baray boss Mr. Mushi was considered to b a brave and strong hearted person but us bechary ki bhi hawa nikal gai and he is behaving like a kid "mai nai ana mai nai ana mujhe ammi k pass jana hai UK jana hai mai nay" tu idhar kon say strong heart walay log hain jo ye sadma bardasht karay gay k their investment is blocked for atleast 2 - 3 years.

        the BE-2 was / is having approved plan layout on CDA website. The layout plan is also there... Can visit below links...

        according to this plan there are 362 residential plots and 165 commercial... Hence total seems 527.



        well, the number on forms, as one member mentioned (i.e. 13000 something) can be the total members ship in BE-ISB , means starting from BE-1 and then BE-2... Am not sure, just a guess... As there was a rumor that 7000 plots of 5 marla in BE-2 sold by BE. But this seems as well so much high... Imagine the D/P of 7000 plots is rocking 6.6 Arab Rs... Which is a bit exaggerated in my opinion, let alone 13,000.

          i visited in Dec 2013 the area in Simply dam road, parallely behind BT Gold City, and people there told me that there is a lot of land purchased by MR / BT and their vehicales are working on levelling ground... It is hilly area and wonderful scenery if comes true. Some 2000 kanals was given the figure by local abassi family there, being purchased by BT.

              As stated by many reputable and experienced members in the Forum, it is ONLY Bahria Management to take action (Advertisement similar to what is made for Karachi) in order to stop all discussions that are against the present situation of Bahria Enclave 2. These discussions verbally or written in both Rawalpndi and Islamabad are damaging Bahria reputation badly regardless of Investors or End User can pay the remaining installment etc.



              The current situation have already affected Karachi Project (no Boom Boom in Karachi) and it will destroy Bahria image in UAE as well.



              All are requested to emphasize on Bahria Management to move forward and they are number one Builder and Developers in Pakistan and gain International Awards.

                Mujahid Sb. First and second post give a better overview of the situation. You may have visited the Angori road development work being done by Bahria. That land starts from Angori road and now the acquired land is touching almost simly dam road. That is a future project and will be one Bahria Enclave II angro farms schemes(if not sold already) and one housing scheme with name Bahria Enclave II.

                The Enclave 1 (the one that is developed and some of the possession is given as well) is situated on kuri road(the road that starts in front of Mush. Farm house). The initial plan as suggested by http://www.cda.gov.pk/images/schemes/bahria-enclave-I.gif is 850 kanals.

                But Bahria has purchased and holds more than 5000 kanals in the area. Machinery is working over there and continuous development is going on as well. Just recently Bahria Purchased the land(1500 kanals) owned by Hakas, that adds to above 5000 total. Just go fishing Simly Dam one day and you will see the vast area being developed... :)



                Then what can be the issue, Sharif govt cabinet took oath on 8th June and the shraifs did first badmashi(in regards to Enclave) on June 12 http://www.cda.gov.pk/documents/publicnotices/186.jpg

                and second badmashi on 2nd July http://www.cda.gov.pk/housing/society.asp?varId=42



                The amount of interest in Enclave and number of bookings done show that how much do we trust our civic agency(representing the govt.) and how blindly we trust BT. Now how can BT take a step when there are such hurdles from a Govt. Institution.

                There can be no development work in July/Aug because it rains a lot in the season in Islamabad. If Bahria is able to give some possession(old) by June,July or extend the 3 years period or ease the installment plan (there are options). That will be a sigh of relief otherwise second installment will be due and that's the time to panic.

                This is time to criticize and urge at whatever level you can to at-least announce the location, where the project is going to be or threat that we wont pay installments(although they took such high DP that dont need installments that early..:) ).

                  This forum is very useful for discussion, helps understand things, atleast Saleh sb apna ghusa to nikal laitay hain naa idher.



                  And I don't need to emphasize k jee mainay kaha tha k delaers ko investor price milay gee, aur mainay kaha tha k enclave ko time se nikal do, aur mainy kaha tha k march april main enclave neechay jae ga aur unhoon nay mujhay tab faint hearted kaha tha aur main main main main...



                  Lag gaya to teer aur na laga to tuka.. :)
