Rates are really down these days in c-16, would anyone recommend buying plot file there ? Cda will have to launch new sectors, hopefully in our lifetime to generate funds.

Yc sir chorain. Kinm chakkaron main parr rahe hain. Gone are the days when people used to be mad about cda sectors. Now even the dealers of cda sectors are shifting to other societies becuase of their ‘very good’ performance.

Sir i am not very optimistic. CDA is not willing to work.But do your homework too.
I thinks its very long term investment, still good investment, but in the mean time you can invest this money to somewhere else and earn profit until something comes solid about c-15, c-16 or if you are at very young age and make you dream home in your old days then you can buy and wait.
