Looking for reviews on faisal hills block c, recently prices got high there society demanded members to clear dues in march but due to pandemic dates extended and still their is no timeline.
Any any if the prices will come down any time soon or they will continue to go high.
Advice is wellcome.

Block c is going to get connected to B 17, Faisal Margalla city and New City phase 2 (to the motorway as well) at tale end, hence, I feel prices won’t come down from their current level, Allāh u alim.
Plots are still cheaper than New City due to amount of development work done, which won’t be the case in few years.
I’m sure gurus can write a more in-depth review as compared to me as a newbie.
