Why are you asking about Problems in FT? You may ask what are the facilities available in FT ;Mosque,Market,Security,Water School, nearby hospital etc...
Few things come to my mind
One is commuting to work in rush hour if you are working in Zone 1.
If many families are living there;I feel, mostly construction is builder driven rather than family housing.
Water shortage is a huge issue in G 15, F 15 area and this is not far from them, so if it is affected by such issues.
Options available for grocery shopping at present because the malls could take 'n' number of years to populate.
@Ali if you do get answers to these questions please do share them on this thread as well. As I am planning to build a house there next year and these answers might help me to deceide not to.
