Please advise which one should be preferred out of two for building home & for living purpose. (35x70 size)
What are pros & cons of both in respect to security, water situation, amenities, access etc.
Experts please give your opinion.
Sheikh sb. Sir D 12 or E 11 should be the choice in my opinion. G 13 enjoys central location but housing projects are perfect epitome of failure with no reasonable ameneities to be given soon. As far as amenities are concerned, all these sector seriously lack them. U just need to compromise on everything against the tag of main isb which u will get.
D-12 has better future than G-13.
D-12. Dont thing about anything else.
