I would like to know what could be the reason for the recent increase in g-14/1 non possession plots pricing?

Its due to the fact that housing fiundation is somehow actively cleared some land in the sector. G-14/1 is good in terms of medium term investment and the appreciation in plots will be happening once some more development activity took place in other sub sectors as well.
