-which one is the best place to live in 4 - 6 years?
Consider a budget of 4 to 6 Million and availability of amenities of life; schools, hospitals, security etc?

I think so we have already discussed on G-15 F-15 and E-12 . Bahria phase 1 n 2 is good for living and no doubt there standards are very high but its good for living not for investment because after 4 years prices would be same or maybe half million increased as its already developed. Bahria enclave is a good option for investment but now a days it is in loss yesterday i sold my personal file on loss :) as market is down now a days and it will take 6 months minimum to get stable.
For quality living Bahria and DHA both are good options. for investment G-15 and F-15 is good and there are standers are like other CDA sectors.
E-12 can be good for investment if you can take a risk. if you got possession you will get a good profit otherwise things will be same.
do you think G15 and F15 prices have the potential to increase any further? i think they have reached the maximum already?
definitely it will increase a lot sir. This is just starting not maximum as when they will connect there principal road to kashmir highway which is already approved then you will see the rates. Airport will be another great factor. when construction will be 100 percent complete then rates will be stuck there but right now it will improve a lot.
