G-15 vs G-13 and B-17 vs D-12

4-5 years back a dealer told me that g-15 prices will always be remain 50-60% of g-13 which i think proves very correct. Is same thing applies on b-17 vs d-12? In my personal view b-17 prices will be around 70% of d-12 prices when margalla avenue completes. What you people think?

What are the current percentages in the two comparisons that you have provided? Please give your current percentages showing comparison of prices of small plots and large plots.

The entire G belt (13, 14, 15 and 16) is moving upward, however the proportion of difference remains the same, that is G-15 roughly at 50-60% of G-13.

Is this 50-60% against the comparison of similar size plots? dont u think this difference will narrow as smaller plots have seen gains but not the big sized plots yet. For instance one can get a 3060 good location plot in G-15 for 70-75 lacs while a good location 4080 in G-15 would be around 90-95 lacs.

in G-13 a good location 4080 is around 215-220 lacs which makes G-15 around 45% of G-13, but with time G-15 4080 may come close to G-13 4080 i.e. Around 65-70% i.e. If G-13 4080 touches 300 lacs in the future then G-15 40*80 should atleast touch 200 lacs.
