Just looking for advise from experts about Graceland Housing Scheme which has been advertised in newspaper (Express)today.
Please advise if it's good for long time investment?

It is good for investment but construction should be good as other big societies. I know some good architects in Pakistan who are well experienced and will be good for construction.
You can invest in this area as per my knowledge and experience.
And in same advertisement, there is a link to Airline Avenue as well. Kindly comment on that as well

For profit generation it is better to wait for faisal town phase 2 instead of investing in such societies (grace-land)
People should not take risk in new societies only invest in societies that have good reputation.
If u can afford loss then for adventure u can go.

1: it's one man show not a cooperative society.
2:according to website the developer name is Habib Rafiq but Habib Rafiq don't have a current projhttp://www.habibrafiq.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=category&layout=blog&id=111&Itemid=530&lang=enect.
3:according to video or photos there is nothing machinery except some tractor trali and some local machinery which are not belongs to habib rafiq for more conformation click the website.
