Is the prices of plots are at their lowest possible value? And there will not be further decrease /stagnancy?

Its two years now since new taxes came in place and investors left the market. After two years, should be believe that the impact is mature now? The impact has implemented fully? There will not be further decrease in prices due to this tax reforms?

I think prices will increase in the future.

So we are at bottom of the impact now?

I think, prices for DHA will go up. For Bahria, it will go down. For other societies, it will go up at higher pace (like for CDA and near the airport societies)

Prices in Dha increased by 20 to 30 percent from 2016 till date 2019.

A plot in Dha phase 5 secfor F cost 1.15 to 1.20 today and in 2016 it was less then 1 Cr.

Like wise in Bahria phase 8 prices have increased from 25 to 35 percent in the same period.

The prices increased due to development work in Dha and Bahria and possession status.

Further prices will increase after RRR and Islamabad Expressway budget allocation after Eid.
