We observe an everyday surge in the Bahria Phase 8 plot prices. What in experts' opinion/expectation is the highest potential price for a 10 M plot in developed blocks with in next 12 months?
Also what in your opinion is the highest potential price of Islamabad Orchards 5k plots within next 12 months (post possession)?

For bahria town plots...no limits..My calculation says maybe 8 millions for phase 8 plots and 9 million+ for garden city... For orchards around 110 to 115 lacs...
Thank you Saadi. I have a feeling that Islamabad Orchards price of around 110L-115L in next 12 months is quite sustainable going forward as it will still be underpriced but what do you think about Bahria's Phase 8 10M plot price after hiking to 80L-90L, will it sustain or is it a mere bubble?
I have a corner boulevard plot in Phase 8 block E; will it be safe to assume a 20% premium over a simple plot price of 80-90 lakh?
