LDA is constructing 35,000 apartment units under the Prime Minister Imran Khan’s Naya Pakistan Housing Programme (NPHP), in its project LDA City. Any idea as to how to apply for them? Also, is this scheme limited to LDA-employees or can anyone get one of these apartments?
The government has not issued any information that would indicate if it had invited applications for the NPHP LDA City apartments so far. It could be expected that the government would conduct a ballot for the applications received previously for the plots and houses under the NPHP initiative.
However, the government has not yet revealed any mechanism on how to apply for these NPHP LDA City apartments. There has been no related announcement either. On the other hand, the government has allocated a quota for the general public to apply for these apartments.

Local Constructor(s) applying individually or as Partner of the Partnership (JV) should have valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) within the relevant category for design, manufacture, supply, construction, survey, plumbing, electrical works etc. Together with relevant Specialization code.
