Best way is go to your local Masjid and meet the oldies there they know everything about who is selling, buying, renting in their locality.
If you are looking for outside your locality then give ads or look for ads where genuine people are looking to buy or sell. Call them and verify them
Giving ads does not work … I tried already … I only got calls from dealers.

Yes its true i had same problems. Only way i found to work was through friends or in locality through word of mouth. Genuine buyers and sellers are of the impression to go to dealers instead. Most refrain from direct interaction. Maybe they do not know the system or procedure or just want to be cautious.
Well the Masjid and oldies part does work. Elders have information about everything and all the updates only if one goes to Masjid and has hi hello with the local community
