I would advice going for Phase 9 prism if you plan for three years. 9 Town on the other hand will increase but gradually and slowly whereas prism would've it's development installments completed in 2018 end. This would mean another two years is ample time for possession, this would create an investment bubble in which you can exit with abnormal profits.
