Rates are at the peak currently, really suicidal to jump in now … (Unless miracle happens and development starts)
The prices have jumped very rapidly from the last three weeks after the issuance of CDA notice to the occupants to vacate the occupied area.
I am really confuse to invest in E-12 as my plan is to construct the house after 3 to 4 years.
