Investment in g-14
Can you people advise the future of g-14/3.
The investment plan if for 1 crore 6 lacs in g-14/3 for plot size of 40x80.
How you people rate this investment for next 2-3 years. Will this reach at the same price as g-14/4 or g-13 prices.
Any idea when possession of this plot will be given.

Bilal, it is expensive, you can get 1 kanal plot in G-14/2 for 1.40, plus, rates in G-14/3 are stagnant from last months, but a rise is expected in G-13 and G-14 in Nov 2013. If is advisable to buy a plot in G-14/1/2/3 rite now, not sure about possession or rates matching G-13 and G-14/4 very soon as it will take time. Qabza mafia is too strong in these areas.
