Is top city a good investment compared to other societies of zone 2 ?
We can compare with b-17, pechs, e-17, foechs, e-18, awt
B-17 is the best in all of the above mentioned societies.
How do u rate investment in Top City ? Good or normal or bad ? long term or medium term or short term ? safe or risky ?

I thought investment in TOP CITY will be good.
REASON : Kashmir Highway passing through F and G blocks of TOP CITY, and work on Thalian interchange started. If work on Kashmir Highway starts this year, prices may increase. Moreover, work already in progress in A,B,C blocks of TOP CITY.
What do u say about this ?
Development is there, but still this is a very long term project. Thanks
Top city is a good investment. Development started late hence it will take a little time for it to be fully built but as you mentioned block f and g will be more fruitful investment as it will be more nearer to airport as well as Kashmir highway cutting through also.
