Investment of pkr 10m in islamabad-rawalpindi

Can anyone advise where to invest 10million pkr in islamabad or rawalpindi:-
1. Any under-development plots with good returns in 4-5 years.

2. Any developed plot which can give good returns.

3. Any built property in a more profitable locality which could be leased on rent.

plz tell me investment for short term near new airport till opening of new airport in low budget.some people told me for university town only for 4,5 months.whats your opining about faisal town B block for short term.

secondly i have one ten marla plot in wapda town.approximate rate is 18 to 20 lax.should i exit from wapda town right now or should i will wait till opening of new air port. Will opening of airport have any effect in prices of wapda town or not??

Dear Khan sb, TC,MC & GC are best for short term investment, not have any idea about Uni Town & Faisal Town.

There will be no effect on Wapda Town prices at the time of airport opening, So its better exit from wapda because at the moment prices are on higher side in wapda,DIP is expected in wapda very soon. Its better invest in GC or MC it will pay u good returns within few months.

MrPoet, 1st 4 blocks (A,B,C,D)of TC are safe & MC,GC are fully safe for investment.

What’s the price range for 10 Marla plots in Mumtaz City and Ghandhara City?

In TC A and D Blocks 10 marla plots are around 45 to 60 lacs... Files are available below 40 in E and F Blocks for 10 marla.

In Mumtaz City 30,60 plots are available around 45 lacs.

Why no one recommends something in zone 2 or Bahria phase 8 Like Overseas Enclave one kanal plots. Or better split the investment into two.
