Currently 5 marla plot in fazaia lahore is around 3 crore while in fazaia 2, its 65/70 lacs. Do you recommend investing in fazaia 2 for 2/3 year time duration?

Fazaia 1 location was excellent more over aternate routes passes through it so it gained alot.
Fazaia 2 is not on good location there are less residential plots as compare to commercial.. Over crowded commercial. Small societ with large comm.. There is no near by good society that can help establish fazaia 2 comm.. So avoid it.. Visit central park they are offering 8m of 1 cror for 1.8 year installments.. That too near ferozpur road .. It will be good
