Alhamdulillah, 2 months before i have got one plot in m2, which is 20 lakh up just in 2 months.
Now i am thinking to go for 1 kanal m4 plot in installment ?
Please members comment on this, shall i go for it? I can arrange quarterly installments for 1 kanal.
I have discussed 5 marla options in m7 and 1 kanal option in m4, lake city dealer is strongly recommending m4 due to its expected location.
Please guide, shall i go for it? I need to decide today or tomorrow max.
Siddique bhai Salam... I dont think so its recommended... On-ground possession-able is the best thing in this area.
Btw whats the rate of your current M-2 plot now ?
Instead 1 kanal installment go for lake city m7c 5 marla installments
Sakhi Riaz brother, what is the rate for M7C, M7D ? both are same projects ?
