Mpchs b17 block e/f vs dha valley vs gulberg residencia

Assalam alaikum seniors,

I want to know about mpchs block e or f (5marla or 7marla) for long term investment point of view whether it is good investment (costing around 3m~4m all dues cleared).. Or i should prefer dha valley plot (5marla or 7marla) or gulberg residencia (5marla or 7marla) for same amount(3-4m) ?? I am confused as i personally think gr is best location & dev plot till now, but still need your expert advice..

Well DHA Valley is a big NO. You cannot even compare DHA Valley with any other two options.

B17 is a safe option. A major increase will come after margalla avenue.

GR undeveloped area is not safe.

To me that had to be Residencia, possession blocks!

B-17 got matured, investment wise, suits end-buyers best with work and prefernce towards Taxila!

Margalla Avenue has been a deadhorse for some countless years now. Do whatever, but for the sake of your hard earned money, don't put your bucks on RRR or MA, unless ground work starts!

Myself stuck in DHA valley since long time so i can't give even 3rd number.

DHA valley, MUST AVOID.

Dear Brother,

I- A big Stay AWAY from DHA Valley.

II- Gulberg Residencia Possession Plot is good for medium to long term investment.

III- B-17 Is an investor game, but possession plot is a good buy on competitive rate.

IV- Also consider I-15 for good gains in future (i-15/3 and 4 in particular)

V- I-16 will give you gradual increase with peace of mind as it is on ground possession property.
