2.What is the average rental income on one knal house (single story)?
3.How do you see the growth of prices in this place?
4.Is it better to build a house for rental purpose if you are not planning to shift for alteast 3-5 years,or to simple keep the plot.
5.How much it will cost to develop single story house on 1 kanal plot over here.

Gandapur sb, please visit the place yourself to get the feel of it. Naval Anchorage is bit far from Islamabad highway and its biggest attraction is its relatively low price and the forces tag. Price growth is still uncertain. You can enjoy life if 2-3 friends or relatives build their own little community. 1 Kanal full house costs over 1 cror in construction.
