Not sure about NHS karsaz but if you want to invest right now in today’s market you should look for places where there are active buyers present already. I would suggest you look towards Taiser Town or Scheme 33 where the market is active
I have my plots in Scheme 33 but prices seem to be going down since last few months.
If you are investing anywhere in the market it is not a short-term venture. Rates are dropping in most areas, they will bounce back also. I would suggest you stay put.
