My father was given plot by allotment in gulistan- e- jauhar, k. D. A. (karachi) scheme 36. In 1985. He paid for the plot in full and was given possession. He then moved out of the county in 2001. He went to pakistan recently to check the plot but the land was occupied by someone and a house is built on it. People have told him that in that area a lot of plots have been possessed illegally by "kabza"
He thinks that getting a lawyer is going to be too expensive and waste of time. He is also living overseas and frankly too old to fight in courts for the plot.. What can be done in this situation?

In those circumstances, the only advise/suggestion is to fight for your right!! Its worth the effort and no other way to get what you deserve.
