Documents available with this scribe highlighted that Zamar valley, ****** housing society are operating on un-acquired land of CDA violating the bylaws of both CDA and ICT but CDA is silent over the illegal land acquiring by the housing societies, farm houses and educational institutions of Islamabad.

So my advice would be to steer clear of it (or sell a property if you already have bought), even it is operational. You would never know when tables will turn and your investment will go down the drain.
