Aoa dear all,
One of my close friend and my self are looking to buy one shop in islamabad / rawalpindi.
We need to buy it on cash payment in around 60 - 80 lacs budget with a decent return.
Also, we are not considering new societies and areas where there is no population, we want to consider only those options where the business activity is good and the areas are populated well.
Any options in f-11, g-11 other cda sectors or rawalpindi saddar and surroundings is our aim.
Please advice.
