New projects

I want the expert evaluation of new projects launched by cda and other societies. Which one has more potential in near future. Negatives and positives of these schemes. Etc. Especially in zone-2 and near to new islamabad air port. In next 2 years what would the value of plots around that area.

New CDA projects not recommended these days as you never know when CDA will be able to complete them... CDA has not completed few sectors even after 20 years.

In zone 2 I think the best is b17. If you don't have a problem with the ugly mountains near this area. And in the view too.

In zone 4 Bahria Enclave is the best. The only con is risk due to Malik Raiz court cases.

In zone 5 Bahria Town ph 1-6, dha2 and Emaar Canyon views is the best. The main con is distance from main Islamabad
