Next 2 years for islamabad property values?

Salam to all,

Is there any place in islamabad that you guys think has any juice left for people who might want to invest at this point. Last boom we saw was back in 2012-13 and since then mostly its been steady or in decline.

Is there anyone here who is optimistic about anything at this point? Let's say for another 2 year near the election 2018 or after.

DHA-2 and Jinnah Garden Phase-1

Both of them are appreciating at fast pace.

Top City,,Mumtaz City & Gandhara City.

AWT,,ECHS,,VCHS & Wapda Town.

In good brands in Zone-5, no more one-kanal plots below 1 crore available. Last year there was maximum growth in DHA-2. The most juicy part of Zone-5 has already been squeezed with the news of Islamabad Highway Expansion. There is no more any element of surprise in Islamabad Highway plans.

Now the time to invest for maximum juice is in Zone 1 and Zone 2 where things stood still for last 2-3 years at least. I think good move to go to D-12, G-13, G-14/4 and Zone 2 sectors.

Especially Zone-2, because many options available under 1 crore. This means bigger pool of investors have capability to invest. The larger the pool the more the juice. I think Zone-2 sectors with GT Road access will benefit most. But time frame for investment should be 1-2 years minimum.
