I am looking for possession plot in Islamabad/Rawalpindi between 1.5 to 1.8 minimum 5 Marla which is ready for construction and good for future prospect.
I want to construct proper single storey house.
Need suggestion as well.

Soan garden can be one of the option but explore it well before investing such as issues related to dimensions changes and qabzas and all that… E.g one of the respected forum member bought the plot and admin changed the dimension of plot on possession…
