True. This happens when you post around 9 to 10 posts in short span of time, then you can't post any further. I think this is the policy of the forum to avoid spamming of the forum. This always happens to me as well. But those posts are never reviewed and posted.
The Admin of the forum should look into this matter.

Yes they admin of the forum should look at it as the posts are not reviewed and posted. Also experienced poster with good record aren’t going to be spamming it is only people that create new accounts that might spam.
