We all know that bahria town and dha offer a better living standards but they cant match in price with cda sectors; even the most ’ thakka hua’ cda sector is at least twice the price of a well established bhria community even after a decade. Will this difference always remain or people will realise not to throw their money at cda and invest and live in better schemes like dha and bahria ?
