Lately, there have been ads for prisma apartments on main isb highway near faizabad. Price seems good but i am not sure of the credibility of the builder named mohkam enterprises. Can someone from isb please shed light on this project? Or advise better alternate with similar price range?

Price before was 43lacs i think in pre-launch then increased for 50 for 2 bed, confirm that.
No idea about developer.
If they can deliver in this price with excellent living style then i think its good to buy.
